Shannon is a native of Tucson, Arizona. She is a talented artist, children's book illustrator, and a professional wedding photographer.

She is happily married and has a young son who also loves art.

They live with the real Echo Kitty.

She loves kids and has worked in childcare and devoted time as a volunteer teacher.

Shannon has always been extremely creative and has a passion for art. She especially enjoys painting and drawing. Illustrating a children's book was a new challenge, one she really enjoyed.

“It’s a dream of mine to read my children’s book to my own child someday, as a bedtime story.”

Her son was born one month after the first book was released. Shannon's dreams of reading it to her own child came true.
